Welcome to Powerbank Cambodia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Powerbank Cambodia ("we", "us", "our") is a retailer of power banks, chargers, cables, electronic accessories, spare parts and home electronic devices, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You can contact us at any time through our Contact page or our Facebook page.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these Terms.
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, including names, descriptions, images, specifications and availability. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product details may be provided in Khmer, English or both. Occasionally errors may occur. If we find an error in a price or product description that affects your order, we may correct it and will contact you to confirm, change or cancel the order.
Prices are shown on the website in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order that we have already confirmed. Any delivery charges that apply will be shown before you confirm your order.
When you place an order on the website, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product error, if we cannot reach you to confirm the order, or if we suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will return your payment.
We do not accept online card payments on this website. You can pay by cash on delivery (COD) or by bank transfer, as shown at checkout.
We deliver across Cambodia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, stock availability and the delivery service. Please provide a correct address and a phone number that we can reach, and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Ownership and risk of the items pass to you when they are delivered to you.
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page or Facebook page, with your order details and clear photos if possible. We will review the issue and work with you to repair, replace or otherwise resolve it. Items that have been misused, damaged after delivery or modified may not be eligible. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Cambodian consumer protection laws.
You can ask to cancel an order by contacting us before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Some products come with a manufacturer or seller warranty. Where a warranty applies, its length and conditions are those stated on the product page or provided with the product or at the time of purchase. Warranties generally do not cover misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, physical damage or normal wear, including the gradual reduction of battery capacity over time.
Please use power banks, chargers, cables and other devices in line with the instructions and specifications provided, and with compatible equipment. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or by using products with incompatible accessories.
The content of this website, including text, images, layout and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Brand names, logos and product names of manufacturers belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business arising from the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Our website may link to third-party websites, such as our Facebook page. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the competent courts of Cambodia.
